All New Apparel Made in the USA Manufacturing Project

Mike Klinetobe, a Walmart customer, shareholder, former associate, alumnus and planning manager, shareholder with the Hanes Corporation, has written a detailed proposal outlining his vision for revitalizing textile and apparel manufacturing in the United States. His concept *USAVIM* envisions a vertically integrated manufacturing process that would bring all aspects of textile and apparel production back to the U.S., starting with cotton farming in the Cotton Belt and ending with the delivery of finished Made in the USA products to consumers. This ambitious plan would leverage advanced technologies, including AI, robotics, solar and sodium ion to create a highly efficient and sustainable production system.

Klinetobe's proposal is inspired by his deep admiration for Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart, and his belief in the importance of American manufacturing. He sees Walmart as the ideal partner to lead this transformational initiative, given its vast resources and commitment to affordable, American-made products.

The Kingsboro megasite in Eastern North Carolina is identified as a prime location for the first *USAVIM* facility. This site offers ample space, a skilled workforce, and proximity to cotton farms, making it an ideal hub for a vertically integrated manufacturing operation. Additionally, Natron Energy's recent decision to build a sodium-ion battery plant at the Kingsboro megasite aligns perfectly with Klinetobe's vision, as it would provide a sustainable energy source for the *USAVIM* facility.

Klinetobe's proposal also includes detailed plans for collaboration with key industry leaders, including Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart, Arvind Krishna, CEO of IBM, President Trump, the 47th President of the United States of America, San Diego State University Mega Manufacturing Plant Engineering Team, Forsyth High Tech Mechatronics Team in Winston Salem and others. He envisions Walmart transitioning its trucking fleet to Tesla's electric semi-trucks, Walmart+ delivery vans to Tesla electric step-through vans, all powered by [Natron Energy] batteries, and utilizing IBM's AI-powered dock-to-dock software system to optimize logistics and distribution.

In addition to revitalizing the textile and apparel industry, Klinetobe believes that *USAVIM* could serve as a model for other manufacturing sectors, ultimately leading to a resurgence of American manufacturing and economic growth. His proposal is a bold and visionary plan that has the potential to transform the U.S. manufacturing landscape and create a more sustainable and prosperous future for the country.
